Dear Team,
Do we have any solution can replace CS2204?
Many Thanks,
Jimmy

Hello Jimmy,
Could you send the datasheet for this part? I'm having a hard time getting access to it.
Regards,
Matt Smith
Hi Matt,
Information of CS2204 as below for your reference.
CS2204-25 is a low-capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) array designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces. With typical capacitance of 3.8pF only, CS2204-25 is designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems against over-voltage and over-current transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) (±30kV air, ±30kV contact discharge), IEC 61000-4-4 (electrical fast transient - EFT) (40A, 5/50 ns), IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) (40A, 8/20μs), very fast charged device model (CDM) ESD and cable discharge event (CDE), etc.
CS2204-25 is in a DFN3.0´2.0-10Lpackage. Each CS2204-25 device can protect two high-speed line pairs. The “flow-thru” design minimizes trace inductance and reduces voltage overshoot associated with ESD events. The combined features of low capacitance and high ESD robustness make CS2204-25 ideal for high-speed data port and high-frequency line (e.g., Gigabit Ethernet Ports) applications. The low clamping voltage of the CS2204-25 guarantees a minimum stress on the protected IC.
Many Thanks,
Jimmy
Hi Jimmy,
Thank you for the datasheet. The best match we have for this part is TVS0500. However, do note that the TVS0500 has a working voltage of 5 V instead of 2.5 V.
