We use TI solution TPD6S300ARUKR and TPS65992DADRJKR.
Our EMC team response below issue.
When our unit do EFT (Power 1KV&2KV) testing, unit be force shut down. Then TPS65992DADRJKR won't allow TypeC adapter supply power to unit.
It seems CC pin protection of TPS65992DADRJKR be active.
Could yo help us to check that can TPD6S300ARUKR protection setting be modified via firmware or software?
