Hi Sir,

My customer pull low of VBUS_5V，Down port EN will be "high", When VBUS_5V in pull high, Down port EN still "HI"，

If want VBUS_5V pull low, and  Down port EN is "Low";

when VBUS_5V Pull high, Down port EN is "HI",

How can we make it happen? can we modify registers?

    Hi Ian,

    Does the customer have battery charging enabled on the downstream ports?  If they have pullups on the PWRCTL_BATEN outputs (or they enabled the battery charging register over I2C or SMBUS) battery charging will be enabled and the downstream port power will turn on when USB_VBUS is low to support DCP mode.  If they disable battery charging downstream port power controls will be de-asserted when USB_VBUS is low.

    We try to modify Reg_6h(batEn[n]) to disable,
    USB_VBUS status not as expect?

    Can you send me a schematic?  Did the behavior change after the battery charging mode was disabled?
