my customer designed the circuit below but they will have remote fault, could you please help check if anything wrong?

Thank you for reaching out.

Can you ask customer for more details on how he is doing the testing and when is the error observed. ( always or some time etc)

Has he done any diagnostics or loop back testing on the board.

Has customer ensured that the RJ45 + isolation transformer is connected property to the transceiver. I will need the part number for doing any review.
