Hello,
Two questions:
1) What is the expected size of CSIZE in the flash memory?
2) When reading the Boot Flag 0x2D register, what does it mean when Regions 0 and 1 are reporting as "Invalid" but there is no flash error or CRC fail?
My customer has noticed that when they program the flash with the GUI tool (via an Aardvark) and read back the flash image using the Aardvark, the flash image differs from the flash image created by the GUI (Binary > Save Binary… > Full Flash Image). Specifically, the offset between the “ID, Header and Configuration Data” and “Patch Code” for both regions (CSIZE) is different. When they inspect the flash image saved from the GUI, this offset is 0x800 (2048 bytes), while in the image read back from the SPI flash, it is 0x80 (128 bytes).
Thanks,
Michael
