Hi team,
My customer met below problem using retimer DS100DF400 (not 410).
1. Firstly, they sent the signal to optical modules-->DS100DF400-->PHY, no data loss.
2. Then, they software reset the system (still power on), found data loss.
3. Finally, they removed the input signal, then re-connected and sent the input signal, no data loss any more.
Do you have any ideas what may cause it? Appreciate your kind support.
