DP83848I: Some part numbers are out of stock. Want to know the reason and when they will be available again.

Two of the chips coming from Texas Instruments that we are currently using in our production devices are out of stock:

Can you share with me what is the reason behind the shortage and when do you expect to have those parts available again. We would like to have them available as soon as possible.
