DS90UB954-Q1EVM: We can not establish connection between the board and the PC

HI,

We bought 2 boards and we have problems with one of them. The first works perfectly but the other following the same steps, the PC does not detect the board when we connect it and we are not able to detect it using the Analog LauchPAD.

Hello,

Are you able to verify that board configurations are the same? Also it may be that the MSP430 needs a firmware update, you can download the USB2ANY explorer here https://www.ti.com/tool/USB2ANY. In the 954 User's Guide there is instructions on how to update and configure the EVM.

Sorry I didn't mean to press TI thinks resolved. But have you checked the I2C lines? Can you also verify whether you are getting an output signal from the MSP430. This is rather strange that you aren't able to get a response at all.
