According to datasheet, The VDDs (VDD33_X and VDDIO) supply ram must be faster than1.5 ms with a monotonic rise. What if supply ramp is far more larger than 1.5ms, will device work normally?

Red line below is the ramp of VDDIO and VDD33_x, nearly 50ms, will it affect device normal working?

Yellow line is PDB power-up ramp.

What if VDD33_X and VDDIO ramp is far more larger than 1.5ms, will device work normally?

Hello Lv,

if the VDDIO and VDD33 ramp slower than 1.5ms, the device may be in a undefined state. It may work or not. This can't be predictable!
