DP83848K: permitted capacitors for DP83848K

Hi team, 

The DP83848's datasheet contains the following sentence:

But the BOM of the eval board uses an X5R capacitor.

My customer was wondering if they could use ceramic capacitors here? Could this cause stability problems due to the low ESR?
