Even though there is no burr or mold flash found on TPD1E01B04DPLR, but we want to know if TI have any spec for burr & mold flash?
This is for precaution for our MP product later in case we found later. If TI don’t allow any burr or mold flash, please also mention about it.

Please see the package specs below
X-burr = how far the burr extends to the left/right of the lead
Z-burr = how far burr extends down below the package
Y-burr = looking from under the package, how thick the z-burr is
