Hi all,

I got a question about FPD-Link III. My customer would like to use a STQ cable to supply power and transmit data at 913A-914A. Can you tell me if the configuration inside STQ cable below possible?

  • Cable 1: Connection between DOUT+ of 913A and RIN0+ of 914A
  • Cable 2: Connection between DOUT- of 913A and RIN0- of 914A
  • Cable 3: GND for power
  • Cable 4: +7V/1A_max for camera. This voltage is created by a DCDC converter with fsw=2.2MHz.

STQ cable itself can pass the insertion loss spec of FPD-Link III requirements. If there are any concerns or things to consider, please let me know.
