AM26C32: AM26C32IDR junction-case (JC) and junction-board (JB)

Dear support,

Could you share the thermal information of the AM26C32IDR?

Specifically:

- junction-board (JB)

- junction-case (JC). For this last one I've found this thread, but the data are not in line with this second thread...

    Thanks for bringing this question to E2E. For the two threads you linked, they are referencing different packages for the AM26C32, which would have an effect on the thermal resistance value, these are expected to be different. The thread where Hao Liu answered is correct.

    The junction-to-board thermal resistance is 36.9. The junction-to-case thermal resistance is 39.0.
