I can't find the AC Electrical Characteristics for the 913,914's GPIOs in datasheet. Can these GPIO support the PWM's output? How about the limitation for the PWM input/output?

We have not validated the min or max specs for PWM. So, if you tell me the frequency and the duty cycle of your signal, I can tell you if this is supported or not.
