My customer consider DS90UB935-Q1 and DS90UB953-Q1. and they have one question,

these 2 products support for ASIL-B at system level?

I could not find any information about it on TI.com.

Yes, these devices can support an ASIL-B at system level. We can provided all the required documentation to support that.

my customer asked more about safety manual (related to ISO 26262), FMEDA(Failure Modes, Effects and Diagnostic Analysis), and FIT data.

actually i can find FIT data on TI home > Support > Quality & reliability > Reliability > MTBF/FIT estimator.

but I cannot find other 2 documents. (safety manual and FMEDA)

can you guide me where can I find these documents?
