Hi team,
Our customer is debugging the TCAN4550 FD function and finds an interrupt nINT trigger waveform anomaly.
The normal pulse waveform for nINT looks like Figure 1
The abnormal pulse waveform for nINT looks like Figure 2
Currently, 6 TCAN4550 boards have been tested and found that only 2 boards of nINT are normal, the interrupt signal is normal for Figure 1, and the data received by the CANFD on the bus is normal.
When abnormal, data on the bus received by the CANFD is lost, or when there is no data on the bus, it receives error data such as 0.
