May I know the TUS1064 can or not support the Pin Assignment E? how to config it on TUSB1064?

Hi,

The app note assumes the Scalar does not support Assignment E lane ordering or polarity swap. If the Scalar supports Assignment E lane ordering and polarity swap, then the TUSB1064 can be connected directly to the Scalar.
