Hi team,

As explained in related thread, the difference between T and I versions is the temp randge.

But the datasheet specifies -40 +105 temp range for both vestions.

Are the versions are really equal?

    Hi Vsevolod,

    The two versions were at some point qualified for different temperatures. Something happened on the backend and I believe there was a change that made the 'I' version also support 105C making them both equivalent.

    I believe customers who bought the 'I' version at the time of the change may have received a PCN that stated the temperature was 'upgraded.'
