DP83822I: What is the difference for the Auto-Nego Status in REG0x0001 and REG0x0010

Hi team,

My customer wants to read the Auto-Negotiation Status of DP83822I. But they noticed that both REG0x0001 and REG0x0010 have a bit that has the same definition. Please see below picture red mark. So what is the difference between them and which one should we use to read the Auto-Negotiation Status? Thanks.
