TUSB212: What is the definition of the DC gain of TUSB212

Hi Team,

Since there is no description in TUSB212's datasheet on its DC gain, could we understand the DC gain is the increase of the height of the eye diagram? As the height of the diagram below here is touching the pattern on the height, does if mean we can make 360mV height to 440mV by setting DC gain to 80mV?

Hi Peter,

Both TUSB212 AC and DC Gain will affect measured eye height. DC gain specially affect eye diagram in the center while AC gain helps to recover eye at the leading and trailing edges.
