we are currently using the TUSB4020BI USB 2.0 High-Speed Hub to proceed with the application.
Last week, Tektronic Korean branch visited for electrical compliance test demo and conducted a high-speed HUB test.
And I heard that it is difficult to test because the chip did not send the packet for the compliance test even though it was set up to send the packet through the xHCL software.
I'd like to know if we need to set up chip register or other to solve this problem.
Please answer my question.
