When connecting 100BASE-TX to each other on the board, I think that a transformer is not required and it is sufficient to connect directly, but is it correct?

Thank you.
It has a configuration similar to VME and connects CPU boards with 100BASE-TX.(Only inside Subrack)
The board will be newly designed including the back board.

Hi Masaru,
I would recommend that you refer to this for app note for ethernet without a transformer.

I also recommend that you review specific device datasheet for MDI implementation.
Kind Regards,
Joe
