TCA9555: Request process differences and comparison data on some key AC/DC parameters.

TI PCN is 20210315001.1 is changing process technology from 50C21 to newer LBC7 and foundry addition.

What are the main differences in process technologies? What was the die revision for? Is there any AC/DC comparison data on key parameters such as Tr, Tf, VoH, VoL, Tphd etcetera? Was test correlation performed for parts from the new and old foundry?

Were there any changes to TCA9555PWR? Is that still active and did it also get migrated to a newer process and foundry?
