Good day. My customer is looking for the thermal information of DS34LV87TM/NOPB. This is not provided in the datasheet, can you share this data to us?

    Good news, I was actually able to find the information from a formal request made:

    Theta JA (Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance) - 75.0 C/W

    Theta JC (Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance)  - 35.7 C/W

    Theta JB (Junction-to-board thermal resistance) - 35.5 C/W

    Psi JT (Junction-to-top characterization parameter)  - 6.3 C/W

    Psi JB (Junction-to-board characterization parameter) - 32.3 C/W.

    Based on the above information and the maximum operational free air temp, I suspect the operational Tj max is around 125C whereas the absolute max is close to 150C (same as max storage temp). Finding where these numbers are specified in our records may take some time. Let me know if these estimates are sufficient for your needs.
