Customer wants to double check XIO2001IZWS has much higher Θjc than XIO2001IZGU, if this is correct or typo. Thanks.

XIO2001IZWS ->  Θjc: 18.3 C/W

XIO2001IZGU ->   Θjc: 8.5 C/W
