I’m having problems getting the Analog LaunchPAD to recognize the DS90UB949-Q1EVM. I’ve doubled checked all the jumpers and switches and they are all in the default position per the Tables 1-1 and 1-2 in the user’s guide.
When I connect the DS90UB949EVM to my computer, I see it show up as a “USB input Device” under the “Human Interface Devices” in my computer’s device manager.

The Analog launch pad screen doesn’t show any devices. Here’s a snapshot of the screen.
Can you think of any reason why the DS90UB949-Q1 doesn’t show up in the GUI?
