Is there a version for 125°C? or Is there any I²C-bus switch that can operate in 125°C?

There are no 125 °C I²C switches.

You could use a general-purpose switch like the TS5A23157, but it would have to be controlled through separate GPIO signals.

Our non automotive TCA9548A supports 130C max junction temp if you keep Vcc below 3.6V

None of our other I2C switches are qualified up to that temp.
