Hi folks,

I have a question regarding the 5962F8961501VHA. Is the body lid floating or connected internally to GND or another part of the device? Is the body lid metal?

Hi Arthur,

As the drawing in the datasheet shows, the lid for that package is ceramic and nonconductive.
