1) Is this part bipolar

2) is it susceptible to latchup

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    1. Could you please clarify bipolar? If you meant the technology process, it is TI proprietary BiCMOS isolation process.
    2. We have tested our device according to JEDEC latch-up standard and it passed without any issue.
    3. We have not tested the device for radiation.
