There are points, I don't understand. Please, help to clarify.

1. What is mean and what is different between the absolute maximum range?

2. If HD3SS3220 sat as DFP role, what's VBUS_DET function at this state??

1: this is the voltage on point B. tresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device

2:as DFP, once UFP is attached, ID pin is keeping high until seeing VBus_det at low

As UFP, 3220 will monitor CC pin for DFP attachment first and waiting for Vbus_detection before final successful attachment
