SN65DSI84: Package change

Part Number: SN65DSI84

Hi there,

SN65DSI84 has had a package change recently, I understood that only package was changed, the electrical spec. and functions are all the same.

But due to package change, thermal resistance was also changed, my customer wants to know if this will impact the reliability and if it is necessary to verify the reflow profile. Could you help explain?

It includes thermal information as well as reflow recommendations.
