TUSB1210: REFCLK Frequency

Hi folks, 

I have a question regarding the TUSB1210BRHB. The datasheet says that the REFCLK should be 26MHZ, but I only have access to 25MHz or 27MHz clk. Is there any issues running at 25 or 27 MHZ, and is there a way to implement the device mode without having that reference clock pin connected?
