I am trying to do an initial flash burn of my new TUSB9261 Board, but there seem to be driver issues.

The device enumerates as "TUSB9260 Boot Loader" but i cannot get the driver to install. The device manager window looks like the following.

The Flash burner utility finds the device:

But when i try to program i get the following 2 errors

The flashburner Driver is not installed on the current BootLoader Device. Would you like to install the FlashBurner driver now and continue with the burning process?

FlashBurner Driver installation failed. Please Manually install the driver and try again.

This problem occurs with both my newly made board and my TI Demo board. My TI Demo board works fine with my Drive.

If you have any insights let me know. i am going to attempt this on a different computer in case there is an issue with this one.

Hello Tim,

What OS are you using? 32-bit? 64-bit?

What version of the Flash Burner are you using?

I moved to a fresh computer i had never used the TUSB9261 on and Everything came up fine. You can see my current issue Here.

I am having the same problem too... I am using windows 7 64-bit.

Flash burner version 2.0.1.0

Hi Karthikeyan,

We haven't seen that issue on our end. Please try to install the driver manually (On the Flash Burner guide there is a section about how to perform this) and let us know your results.

We will try to reproduce the issue at our end to find the root cause of the issue and apply a fix.

I downloaded the latest version of flash burner v 2.10.0.0 and it works fine...
