Dear Eric,
I noticed that the pin 25 (PP_CABLE) connects not 5V but 3.3V in the TPS65987-90EVM, while the datasheet says it is the 5V input. Does it work with 3.3V?
Thanks again,

Hi Jeong,
It is recommended to attach 5V to the PP_Cable pin. This Pin is the supply for VCONN. VCONN would provide power to e-marked Type-C cables. Some e-marked cables are able to operate from 3.3V, but all can operate from 5V.

Hi Jeong,
On the TPS65987-90EVM it was used since the 3.3V rail was readily available on the board. That's the only reason. 5V is the recommended voltage for the PP_Cable pin.
