Our company is experiencing the same symptoms and is in trouble.
When Input Port Select No.1 and Input Port Select No.2 are set to exactly the same content and SWT is switched, nothing should change the connection point, but a data error occurs at port7. There is no problem with ports 0-6.
The same problem occurs whether the hardware is switched using the SWT pin or the software is switched using I2C.
Can you get any technical information or solutions?
I think this is a potential problem with this device, not an individual defect.
