I am working on custom HW. The DP83867 PHY will auto-negotiate to 1000F, no problem. However, when I attempt to force the link to 1000F, the link is never established. I set the ethernet port to 1000F and no auto-negotiate, but this did not help. If I force 10F or 100F, the link is established. I only have issues with 1000F.
I dumped the first 32 registers. Thank you for any help you can provide.
