I am looking for IBIS models for SERDES parts: SN65LV1224B SN65LV1023A I did not see them in the IBIS zip file on the website. If they are not available, is there a similar part that can be used to accurately simulate the lower speed DIO portions of the chip and package?

Hello,

We were looking through the IBIS model for this part and I noticed that all of the parasitic package components (R_pkg, L_pkg, C_pkg) have zeros in them.
Is this data available?

For the SN65lvds1023 model for example, when I run a simulation into the characteristic 27ohm impedance, I see a differential voltage (when comparing rising and falling waveforms) of about 900mV instead of the datasheet spec of about 450mV. Is this the expected result?
Could the zero value package properties be a factor?

I will look for the value of the packages components.

Regarding the simulation, could you make a simulations:

a) without Vpullup

b) Without Rload
