Hi. Frustrated so writing in this forum.

1) When will the TI website work properly to order online parts ?

2) Woke up @ 5:30 AM to book some parts after an inventory alert which is an insane system for ordering but need to beat WIN-SOURCE (Shenzhen, CN) to this rat race of purchasing. Here we are almost 2 hours later and still unable to purchase 50 pieces of the ISOW7841DWER.

Crazy method for booking orders. Yes, we could go and pay the offshore scalpers 3 to 5x the street price but rather discontinue the product than to pay these prices.

Very disappointed with the TI website and method of placing orders.

Product(s) ISOW7841DWER cannot be supported by available inventory at this time. We are actively working to make updates so that only immediately available inventory is shown. We apologize for this inconvenience.

(yet stock is visible on the store) - have seen this often for the past 1-2 months on your store. Anyone working to fix this non-functional store ?

    On this E2E forum, there are only technical engineers who are capable to assist user with any technical support. We do not have any insight into parts ordering systems or related logistics.   • Appreciate your reply and comments. We have an open ticket # CS0916729  that is a hitting a brick wall. The canned reply is "semiconductor industry has a shortage". No kidding? As we have reported for the past 8 days in the ticket - your store had ample inventory to order 50 parts on cut tape. After wasting more of our valuable time, we had another engineer order the same parts which he was able to book in seconds. There is something very seriously wrong with your webstore or is locking out the purchases. We do not have time to kill and there are many improved compatible devices in the market. We are now considering to shift away from TI for our pending respins for Foxconn / HP / Dell.
