isolated solid state relays/switch: Higher power capable switches

Do you have any transformer isolated solid state relays/switch that can handle 100V/20A levels? If so, would you be able to sell to us by piece parts?

    Thanks for joining E2E and reaching out to our team. I help support the solid-state relay portfolio, we do not have any integrated FET solutions that can handle that amount of power. Our isolated switch drivers in combination with a transistor can form a relay replacement solution, so provided there is a suitable transistor - we can likely drive it with TPSI305x-Q1.
