Thank you for sharing the schematic for review. Please find my review comments below, thanks.

ISOUSB211 schematic mostly looks good.
1. There are two separate V1P8V pins on each side of the isolator, please make sure both these pins have their own set of 3 decoupling caps.
For the I2C SDA and SCL lines, I see that you have used ISO7041 and ISO7710.
1. These two devices have channels that are unidirectional. For I2C, at least the SDA line needs to be bidirectional.
2. If bidirectional isolation channels are needed for I2C, then please use ISO1640 in place of ISO7041 and ISO7710.

We are bit concerned about the power path implementation . Could you share your thoughts on

Bidirectional power path especially one going to USB Bus power sense of processor
how the power direction swap is implemented
OTG based implementation of dual role port
