    Thank you for reaching out. There is no internal Zener diode in this device. Are you referring to the bus protection diodes shown below? 

    If yes, please know that we do not characterize components internal to the device individually, and therefore we do not have data here. Instead, the necessary data is provided in the datasheet as a part of device level characterization.

    It's the diode in this picture. If there are no relevant parameters,
    Can you confirm if there is or is not a diode in the chip?
    This is related to the customer's layout design.

    Hello Reed, 

    Yes, there is an equivalent diode integrated in the chip. This is what provides the Bus-fault protection of –27 V to 40 V described in the datasheet.
