Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
The main difference between the two part numbers is the "F" letter. The "F" letter indicates the default state of the device. The ‘F’ suffix of our digital isolator devices denotes the default output state of the device. In the event of input power or signal loss, the default output is HIGH for devices without suffix F and LOW for devices with suffix F. Please check this FAQ for more information: [FAQ] What is the difference between ISOxxxxF and ISOxxxx devices (Ex. ISO7741 vs. ISO7741F)?

Many thanks!
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
Feel free to send the schematic on E2E.
Can VCC_COM_5 only provide 1mA?
I am not sure what you mean by this, can you please explain? Is VCC_COM_5 a pin that you are referring to?
