ISO1432: Half duplex and Full Duplex Modes

Can we use ISO1432B IC for both full duplex and half duplex . for half duplex mode can we short A ,Y and B ,Z externally with zero ohms.

Yes; you can make a half-duplex transceiver out of any full-duplex one by connecting the inputs and outputs.

Could please suggest me how much impedance should maintain in PCB tracking. Does termination resistor is needed for both transmission (A, B) and reception (Y, Z) lines.

An RS-485 bus should have exactly two termination resistors, at the two ends of the bus. The resistors should match the differential impedance of the cable/traces, typically 120 Ω.
