The Z and Y pins must be connected (to B and A).

Connecting both D12 and D13 to the same signal does not make sense; you probably wanted one of them on B.

Thanks for reaching out. Please find my inputs below:

As Clemens suggested, the Z/Y pins needs to shorted to B/A pins for half duplex operation. Refer following FAQ for more details: https://e2e.ti.com/support/isolation-group/isolation/f/isolation-forum/1314992/faq-iso1452-faq-how-to-configure-a-rs485-full-duplex-transceiver-as-half-duplex
Two Parallel TVS Diodes on A does not make sense, the second diode can better be connected to B.
GND and GISOIN are shorted currently. This does not affect functionality but impacts EMC performance:
1. If best EMC performance is required then GND2 and GISOIN needs to be connected through a ferrite Bead. Please refer Layout Guideline section in datasheet for more details
