    Hi Jones,

    Thank you for your interest in ISO7340C. We have the ISO77xx family of devices which is the next generation for ISO73xx and is also the latest generation of TI isolators. ISO77xx family of devices includes devices with multiple isolation levels (including 5kVrms), multiple package options and most of them are available also in automotive grade as well. This is also the only package that supports 6-channels in a single package.

    The equivalent of ISO7340C is ISO7740 in SOIC-16 (DW16) package. I am assuming you would require an isolator with default HIGH state, if you are looking for a default LOW state device then the correct part number would be ISO7740F. Thanks.
