Customer is using ISO1410B for their design but they only have 3.3V on board.
Will it lead to some disadvantage of communication distance/protocol/number of nodes or any other aspect?

Output differential voltage will be reduced for 3.3V vs 5V for Vcc2. This will impact communication distance(3.3V case will have smaller distance vs 5V). Also, the 3.3V transceivers should also still be compatible with any 5V transceivers that may be on the network.
