    Hey William,

    This information can be found in two locations in the datasheet. First, on the front page

    and second in the package option addendum



    CD74HC367 is the generic part number. The M denotes the package type, in this case a 16 pin SOIC. The T indicates that a small-quantity reel of 250. 

    Pages 13 and 14 of the datasheet  will show more information about the dimensions and pitch of the package itself, including recommended footprint for soldering the component down.
