TXB0102 replacement for capacitative loads?

can anyone recommend a pin compatible replacement for the TXB0102DCU that can drive a capacitative load of approx 160pF(TS3A44159) with 4K pullup.

Currently the TXB starts to drive hard but then the one shot quits and then a slow RC charge from the 4k output starts.

I would not recommend using the TXB0102 with heavy loads OR a pull-up resistor.

The only pin compatible suggestion I have is the TXS0102, and this is typically what we recommend when pull-up resistors are on the bus. However, this will likely have similar RC rise times.

If you have uni-direction signals, you can use something like the sn74LVC2T45, which has a stronger driver. This is not pin compatible.
