TXS0102: Level shifter for UART, but no power sequence demand

It seems TXS0102 is a candidate for UART level shifter, between 1.8V and 3.3V. The only problem for me is VCCA must be less or equal than VCCB. This my not be satisfied in my design. So, are there any other anlternatives from TI?
