CD4046B: High speed PLL

We're looking for a 1ch and 2ch PLL, the speed can be from 100Mhz to 400Mhz with 3.3V bias power that is for FPGA. Could you help to find the appropriate one. very thanks.

Hi Brian,

The logic team doesn't have any PLLs that would operate in that frequency range. I'll reassign this to the clocking team to see if they can comment on anything they might have.

Hi Brian,

Not sure what kind of PLL you are looking for, most of the products in our team use the following PLL architecture. Below block diagram is a clock generator, is this something you are looking for?
